Emma has practised exclusively in personal injury law since 2009 and became an admitted Solicitor in 2012. Eloise Dalton is an employment lawyer with deep experience supporting people navigating complex and challenging workplace issues. Before joining the team at Richardson & Lyons, Eloise led a large statewide, multidisciplinary service providing legal advice and advocacy for vulnerable women experiencing workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair treatment, and insecure work.

Through her legal practice and leadership, Eloise has developed a strong understanding of how legal systems, workplace cultures and power imbalances intersect to shape a person’s experience at work. She brings this insight to every matter, helping clients navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence.

Eloise is committed to providing reliable, pragmatic legal advice that is tailored to each client’s circumstances. Her work is grounded in the belief that workplace justice is about more than legal outcomes alone, it is about safety, dignity, and long-term economic security.

Eloise has been recognised for her work as a finalist for the 2025 University of Queensland Create Change Award, Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards – Community Legal Centre Lawyer of the Year (2024 and 2025), and Women Lawyers Association of Queensland Emergent Lawyer of the Year (2023).

Originally from Northern NSW, Beth’s diverse life experiences, from growing up in a 100-year-old pub to enjoying country life in a small town, have shaped her down-to-earth approach. Beth has made the Gold Coast her home, where she enjoys family life, caring for her two moodles and refining her baking craft; the same qualities she brings to her legal work through meticulous attention to detail and creative problem solving.

Phoebe joined Richardson & Lyons in mid-2025 after building a career within government, bringing a fresh perspective to personal injury law. She supports clients through every stage of their compensation claims, currently specialising in workplace injury and CTP claims. Admitted as a solicitor in 2023, while 18 weeks pregnant, Phoebe entered the personal injury space to pursue her longstanding passion for advocacy and helping individuals during some of life’s most challenging times.

Roz’s experience spans across superannuation insurance, abuse matters, complex injuries, workplace claims, CTP, and public liability. Currently studying a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, Roz will shortly complete her degree to join our team of legal professionals. Originally from Iran, Roz moved to Australia in 2010 and speaks multiple languages, including Persian, Turkish, Kurdish, and English; a skill that helps her connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys strength training, listening to podcasts, and journaling lyrics to reflect and unwind. Agnes joined Richardson & Lyons in early 2025 and quickly found her place in the legal world after connecting with the firm via the Women’s Law Association Queensland. Currently studying a double degree of Law (Honours) and Information Technology, she brings a strong academic foundation and a growing interest in personal injury law. Agnes provides vital support to the team, managing scheduling, diary coordination, data entry, file management, and the administrative aspects of claims. Ella has joined Richardson & Lyons as a legal assistant in 2025 while also studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), due to graduate in 2028. Ella values the client-focused nature of personal injury law and the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives.
