- you are not required to pay us anything up front to commence your claim;
- we pay all of the outlays required for your claim;
- we are not entitled to be paid anything unless you recover damages for your injuries.
If your claim is unsuccessful, you will pay nothing to us or to WorkCover.
If your claim is successful, in most cases, your legal fees will represent less than 30% of the damages recovered from WorkCover. You can never end up with a debt if you claim damages for your injuries.
